Here we share what we have learned with you. We have the tendancy to
get into a habit. When we focus on different areas of our lives we can move out of being in a habitual state of living
and into a more focused approach. The first section we focused on is Body, Knowledge and Feelings. Detailing
out what you want in these areas of your life allows you to transfer from the habits to the aware. That allows you to
create what you want in your life, to be aware of opportunities and how what you think and feel affect what you are creating.
