Shipping

All of the Waves of Gratitude^® custom designed pieces are carefully crafted and assembled in preparation of shipping. Your order will be shipped in approximately 3-4 weeks from the time your order is placed. You will receive an email confirmation based on the information you gave us at the time the order is shipped which will include a tracking number.

 Standard Delivery

Waves of Gratitude (WOG) gives special attention to ensure your order arrives safely.  Our standard shipping is via FedEx. Your order is tracked from the minute it is received at our warehouse until it is safely in your hands.  WOG charges a flat fee for shipping within the continental U.S. Additional shipping fees may apply if orders need to be sent in multiple packages and to orders outside the continental U.S.    

 Returns & Exchanges

 At Waves of Gratitude, we want you to be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may exchange, replace, or credit your purchase when it is presented in saleable condition. Simply follow the guidelines below. Full priced purchases of jewelry and sale merchandise will not be accepted after 30 days. We cannot exchange, replace or credit personalized items or partially used jewelry cleaning products.

 A return authorization is required before any returns can be made. You will receive an email with your authorization number.  In order to issue a refund or credit, you need to use the return shipping label included with your original order.  A fee of $12.95 will be deducted from your refund.
